The Brief:

To create an identity system for the company Derryvilla Farm, a blueberry farm based in Ireland. The farm produces a range of blueberry based products Tonic, Coulis, Preserve and Relish in the FMCG sector.

The Solution:

Each stage in the production of the end product is by hand. Pickers select the ripened berries from the bushes and transfer them to the kitchens to become the delicious preserves and coulis. Therefore  a hand written typeface was used to promote this process. The berries were shot on location for use in the packaging. The colour palette communicates the richness of the product and acts as a signifier for the brand.
